From the valet and luggage service to the accommodations of the room itself, our stay was perfect. Caden (not sure if that is how that’s spelled!) helped us with check-in and Jason W with checkout; they were both very helpful and kind in getting our big family situated. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. We have a lovely time.

I went for a conference and took my kids and aunt with me and had a wonderful time. Beautiful spacious rooms, wonderful service, the pool is right outside steps from the beach and food/shop options. Evening ice skating, music and fun all around! We also rented bikes right on the beach. Breakfast buffet is heavenly. Lots of spaces to lounge with large family group. Also a huge faux grass area where we played touch football with the kids :). Lighting was amazing for the holidays. Quite luxurious, yet casual&homely in design as well.

Everyone was wonderful from the front desk, the guys at the pool bar to the people at breakfast to Jason at the Bellman. The experience was so relaxing . The accommodations were perfect. Great job all!!

Numerous dining options. The spa and gym are a royal treat. We stayed in the Shore House in a fantastic suite with a wraparound balcony that overlooks the ocean and swimming pool. Every amenity was provided in this suite up to a washer and dryer, a beautiful kitchen and a fantastic bedroom room. From the minute we were greeted by the Valet Jason W till we departed it was nothing short of a dream vacation.

Love the Shorehouse. Great people, amazing stay. Relaxing and peaceful. Shoutouts to Kyle and Jason for going above and beyond.

Our 4-night stay at the Shore House was generally good — the property is modern, clean and the front desk staff were professional. However, our checkout experience was extremely disappointing. We were told by the front desk and the Hospitality Manager to sit down and enjoy breakfast while our invoice was prepared. After being served coffee and taking a small cup of oatmeal (15 minutes before opening time), the server abruptly told us we weren’t allowed to take any food. Moments later, three staff members came over, took a plate out of my hand before I even used it, and presented us with a bill for the breakfast. After spending nearly $5k on this stay, being treated so rigidly and dismissively was shocking and overshadowed an otherwise nice visit. This is not the level of hospitality one would expect from a property positioned as a luxury resort.

Amazing! Fabulous beach, tons to see, great area! First time in Coronado. Best experience I could have dreamed of! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
