Shore House at The Del, LXR Hotels & Resorts

The property was beautiful and the room was so spacious and the pool was large. My only con is that the on-site food is very expensive, but there are lots of restaurants nearby that are walkable and easy to get to.

Our stay at Shore House was exceptional. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, serene, and thoughtfully appointed with every comfort. From valet to front desk, every staff member was incredibly prompt, kind, and helpful. What truly stood out was the guest services team caring for the rooms—their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel completely looked after. They elevated the entire experience.

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful and very accommodating. Kim at the front desk of Shore House was beyond helpful. She was there all 4 days that we were and she was more than happy to assist our family of 6 with our various questions etc Very convenient that everything is right there. Rented E-Bikes, roasted S’mores. Great experience!

Had a great stay with wife and 3 year old son. Upgraded our room to a villa for 3 days which was perfect. Bob the bartender did amazing and gave our son a surprise hersey bar. Jason W helped us check out right away.

Beware—we booked a Partial Oceanview Room at the Shore House at the Dell. It's a complete scam. We overlook the street with a view of the Glorietta Bay Marina and the Parking Garage—no ocean in sight! I spoke to the front desk—“Yeah, we have heard that before. Our online photos don't match our actual views.”

First class treatment throughout our stay, especially valets Isaac & Nick G., Jasmine at the front desk and a very cheerful lady in the pool area, although I can’t recall her name. Can’t say enough good things about all aspects of our four day visit!

We had the opportunity to stay at the 3 year-old Shore House at the Del in Coronado while visiting our son. Small, quaint, and full of service. They leave no stone unturned. The staff at their outdoor restaurant has been impeccable. A huge shout out to Adrian, Natalie, and Adriana. I can’t say enough how pleased we have been at this facility. Mary G

Adrianna was our server at Shorehouse pool. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and very attentive! She rules that pool!!

We have been vacationing at the Del every year for the past seven years, but this was our first time staying at the Shore House, and OH MY GOODNESS!! Absolutely loved our stay!! Very different from the Cabanas and Beach Village we have occupied, and perhaps leaps and bounds better! There was an issue with our reservation, and the young lady who helped resolve the issue was wonderful in sorting things out for me (wish I got her name!) when we showed up Thursday morning. Our room was super clean (heaps of thanks to the housekeeping team), and the housekeeping team was always smiling and cordial when we would cross them in the hallway. They seemed to be working around the clock 😔 The Shore House Bistro was great for breakfast and we had top notch service from Kyle, Natalie, and Adrian the three mornings we stopped there to enjoy the buffet. So attentive and just absolutely *ON IT* with their work!! These three were amazing every time we encountered them. Even if just crossing paths through the area, they always had smiles to greet us with and just being customer focused!! The Shore House pool is beautiful, and even with heaps of people enjoying it and the hot tub, it didn't feel overcrowded. Such a relaxed vibe, even with crying and screaming kids🫣🤣 On the Saturday we were there, they had a DJ by the pool area, and H E L L O !! He was bring.inggggg it!!💃💃 Even with the Shore House close to the side road between the hotel and the condos, and the beach walkway area, being at the Shore House felt secluded in its own little world. And what a beautiful world it was for us!! Amazing employees going above and beyond at all times, and just a picturesque place! We will definitely be back to this side of the Del a lot more often!!🌞
