Homewood Suites By Hilton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

We stayed in one of the first floor suites. It was pretty big and very modern. Room had a full service kitchen with full size fridge, sink, dish washer, microwave, 2 burner stove, plates, bowls, cups, silverware z and even pots and pans. My only complaint was the room had hand smears on the mirrors and the TV stand was too close to the bed. I kicked the TV stand in my sleep and cut my toe pretty bad.

This hotel has been open since Nov 2022. This was a stressful stay. The manager had no solutions just lip service. Elevators not working properly and NO sign posted! NO Spare toilet paper in the bathroom with minimal on the roller! Non working refrigerator! I came to OKC for surgery and needed to keep food items cold so I could easily heat and eat. Terrible water pressure in the shower! Front desk worker sits in his chair on his phone with his hoodie hood over his head and DOES NOT acknowledge guests! Dontaye the breakfast attendant was outside smoking and on his phone instead of making sure breakfast items were stocked. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for him to cook!! Workers stand outside the front door smoking and making guests walk in the smoke free through their clouds of smoke!! These are just a few of the disappointing items during our stay COME ON HILTON - this isn’t your first rodeo!

This hotel was spot on!! We were in town for our 50th anniversary, our daughter recommended this location, proximity to event. Our suite was perfect & quiet! Front desk staff were wonderful!! The lobby area was comfy for our guests to visit.

This hotel is a mess. One of the two elevators did not work to go to floor four (which is where our room was) you actually had to press a button on the broken elevator and trick it to go to level 2 so you could use the working elevator. The sink faucet is too small for the sink - so instead of water flowing into the sink bowl it just spills onto the counter. Like you can't even get your hands under it. The Refrigerator in our room was not closed (for how long IDK) because the space it was in is too tight. The compressor went out and wouldn’t cool. We had to use a refrigerator in another room. We had a rectangular ice bucket but an Ice bag that was round. It would not fit over the bucket. The Ice machine had no signage. It was in a dark room with no light switch. There was no channel guide in room or on web app that the QR stickers on the TVs sent you to. There was only one chair at the kitchen table when it says two come with the room. So we took one from the refrigerator room. The living room couch bed had a heavy coffee table with no wheels. So to open the couch bed you had to literally move large furniture around to accommodate the bed. Our room didn't have a do not disturb sign The water pressure sucks In the morning, we went down at 8 am to get a plate of breakfast. When we got there there wasn't any food left... even though it was supposed to go until 9. The breakfast worker... was outside on his phone smoking a cigarette... not paying attention to food being gone... so we had to wait for 20 minutes for him to cook more... AND he didn't even wash his hands. We were told to put all our towels outside the door and that room service would bring new ones in the morning... They took the towels... they did not leave new ones... so I had to go get more. I got a call from the front desk lady who was frantic about the missing chair we took from the other room... because "other guests had to check in" ... so I had to give it back... still no other chair for our room... The workers were mostly unprofessional - on their phones in front of customers, poor attire, not clean looking. Not what I expect at a hilton. This hotel is not up to the standard!

Wow! From the time we talked with Eli, his customer service was beyond the best. He communicated well and accurately about the hotel, was helpful when checking in , and had great customer service. I was impressed that he knew exactly where ice machines were on each floor and wasn’t thrown for a loop in answering questions about the pool (this one hasn’t passed inspection yet because of the new opening) use at both the two sister hotels across the street. He told us which hotel had an outdoor pool and which one had an indoor pool. He explained the hours for breakfast and told us to call right down if there was anything unsatisfactory about the room. He will go far with that kind of customer service and it’s so rare these days. The hotel looks brand new and the suites are spacious and well decorated. Loved the shower!

Staff was accommodating and excellent in every way!
