Homewood Suites By Hilton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Hotel was clean. Unimpressed with the breakfast provided. Coffee quit being provided at 9am. Pet friendly hotel had 3 pit bulls that were going to try to get on the elevator with me and I wouldn't let them. I had an allergic reaction to whatever pets were previously in my room. There was no bible in the room - It would be nice to have that available. There was very strong marijuana smell in the elevator which the hotel attendant tried to spray, but ended up just smelling like marijuana & flowers.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel and its employees. Marie made us feel very welcome and was so helpful. She really went above and beyond. You can tell she cares about her guests. It’s been a long time since we’ve felt so welcome at a chain hotel. This is a new hotel with very modern rooms and super clean! It’s also pet friendly! We had a king studio. The ceilings were the tallest ceilings I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Very open feeling. The room had a full size fridge, microwave and a little cooktop. Will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

We stopped here , randomly, drove up and asked if there was a room available. We were greeted by the nicest person, Cris,. The room was perfect! It was late and we had been driving all day in a big truck, pulling a trailer. We were leaving in the am, when we ran into Cris again, and she made sure she sent us off with something to eat - even though they were still working on breakfast and it wasn't ready yet. Lindsay was also working and between the two of them, they supplied us with all kinds of goodies for the road. It really made our day! We talked about our long trip with Cris and she told us she had been out in the parking lot several times during the night, checking on everything. Who does that? That is really awesome customer service. Cris and Lindsay were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are passing through Oklahoma City.

Clean good breakfast and comfortable

Said 2 bdrm queen. Was actually a 1 bd queen with 2 bds.

We have traveled very often over the last two years staying in hotels all over the country and we have not met a friendlier staff or had a more pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and nice. It felt modern and up to date. We felt safe in the area and at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant helping with food allergies and telling us about amenities and nearby attractions. There are several reastraunts close by and a few malls and shopping areas in close driving distance. The room was a great size for our large family and the kitchen was a great feature for our week long stay. We will be booking more trips here in the future.
