So far this hotel is wonderful!! It is beautiful from the moment you step foot in the door. It seems super high class and spacious, with snacks and extras available for purchase. The complimentary drink tickets were a nice bonus, but unfortunately you are only able to use them for an hour and a half, which happened to be the time we were out to dinner. So that was a bummer to not be able to use those. The room itself was very nice and welcoming. Seems roomy and the bathroom is large. The bathroom floor however was wet and very sticky near the toilet/shower area which did not make the best impression on me. I think this hotel is very nice and elegant, offers some finer amenities, but could definitely improve in cleanliness to get on par with the level of hotel they are supposed to be. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend to friends in hopes that these are some issues that could be improved, or hopefully it is not a common experience when staying here.

I am in love with this Embassy Suites. Check in was a breeze. The lobby is beautiful. I would take the lobby home and turn it into my living room if I could. They have a cute patio outside with a fountain, fire pit and plenty of seating. The room was terrific. There's a little kitchen type area when you walk in and then away from that is a nice sized table and the couch and tv. If this was house it would be called "open concept" Then the bedroom, nice comfy king size bed, and a nice sized closet. The bathroom has two doors, one from the bedroom and one from the living area. Totally on trend walk in shower, which is so much better than a tub. We needed a few more towels and they were brought up in like 15 minutes. The breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast. None of those stinky paper plates and plastic utensils, this was real dishes, real silverware, real people making you an omelette or eggs or waffles. They had chafing dishes of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs if you prefer, and potatoes. On Saturday, they had biscuits and gravy!! The eating area was super clean. It was busy but not super crowded and we were there the weekend of a big WKU game. I have zero complaints, we had a perfect stay and I can not recommend this Embassy Suites enough.

What a wonderful little treat in Bowling Green! From the beautiful decor/design, to the spacious room, to the phenomenal breakfast…this truly felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel! No doubt this is where we’ll stay for all future trips to BG!

The location is what I would call a little industrial - not very pretty, considering it is in a beautiful, green city, but our room looked out over a green courtyard with seating and a fountain - so that was nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast is quite extensive and delicious - and the happy hour is great!The staff were all very friendly.

The rooms in the 'suite' are very, very small. You have to request to have your room cleaned - which we were not told - so we were disappointed in that - and we ended up having to ask for things like towels.

The property could have better lighting in the bathroom. I couldn't cut my hair / shave properly because bathroom was too dim. Other than that, it was amazing and I will stay there again.

We really like this property; the location is good for WKU activities and close to lots of places to eat. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great.
