Wry good location and really nice inside

Very very very noisy Music playing loudly until midnight In the evening if you’re sitting in the lounge genuinely the music is so loud you can’t hear each other speak

Convenient location.

The rooms are situated over a pub that continued to play loud music until 1am. The rhythmic throb from the music upstairs through the building into the rooms and made it very difficult to get to sleep.

The bar downstairs is open till late (2am), this didn't really bother us but it might not be for everyone.

Excellent well equipped and well presented apartment with a superb location in Leeds city centre.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and rickety I had a terrible nights sleep on it.

So modern and quirky, such a nice little find on booking.com. Loved having the free drinks vouchers and the 20% off, as me and my friends are young so we love saving our money. The food was delicious too

It was a little bit cold of a night and I struggled to get the heating up but it can be expected at the start of winter

The communication in advance was really good and the apartment was modern and clean with all the things we needed for our stay.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived and it took a while for the living space to warm up after increasing the thermostat. The apartment was very noisy- the bed was squeaky and the internal doors made a loud noise when opening and closing. The building it is in is being extended into the building next door but we were not told about this and we were woken up before 7am by loud drilling and hammering. When contacting the owners they claimed to not know about any renovation work, which is surprising considering it is actually in the same building as the apartment.

Great location, easy access and comfortable bed.

Busker outside started singing at 9am and it sounded like he was in the room with me (and I wear ear plugs)!
