So tidy, all the beds were really comfy and the shower was big too. The whole place is stunning and we were sad to leave

Lovely apartment. Great location. Only stayed one night for family event but would definitely stay again next time we're in Leeds.

Not fire safe. No signage or what to do in the event of a fire ( a legal requirement) extinguisher in a stairwell outside blocked by boxes of yoga mats in the fire exit and only entrance We found beds very uncomfortable and squeaked so badly it kept us awake. No tv channels just iplayer. No mixer tap or plug in bathroom sink so no way of getting warm water ( just burning or freezing) Hair in beds, floors, sofa and dusty surfaces. A screw sticking out of the wall in shower our friend scraped against. Very noisy from bar below ( sounds like people are in the room) until small hours. Lots of noise from outside. No guidebook or information about the property, instructions etc. Only one key for 4 people offered. 2 free drinks offered but again there was four of us. No milk in the fridge No cloth for cleaning pots Not enough sofa space for 4 Very disappointed

Loved the vibe - easy walking from train . Great bar below for drinks and breakfast was lovely . Fab staff who were very friendly .

One bed made a noise when she turned over in the night . Slight smoke smell from fire pits outside bar area in the evening .
