The apartment was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfy and having the bar so close was great.

On a weekend it can be slightly noisy until the bar closes at 2am. It’s a shame the apartment doesn’t come with a couple of small bottles of water or a small carton of milk. Was a little expensive for 1 night

A great location, lovely modern apartment, and super customer service (just ask for help in The Green Room downstairs, particularly when you can't immediately locate the front door ! The bar downstairs was also a great place for an evening drink or a brunch. Really handy for the railway station and the city centre.

All great, but maybe you could invest in some hooks for coats by the door, and one extra comfy chair. But these are only 'nice to have' things, it was still an excellent apartment.

Noise from next door kept us awake all night . Party in apartment next to us all night .

Location

It was dirty when we arrived and had not been cleaned. Spoke to the owner and he offered a 50% credit but nothing has been received. He did move us to another apartment. First time I have tried booking.com for anything but a hotel. I will stick to Airbnb in the future

The location was perfect. Near the station and not too far from First Direct Arena where we were going that night. Free drinks voucher was a nice touch.

The lighting in the whole place wasn't bright enough. It was very dark especially in the bedrooms. The door knob on the bedroom door kept falling off. There were no screws in it. It was stuck on with glue that didn't work. Luckily we didn't get trapped in the bedroom.
