The pictures on the website doesn’t compare to the beauty, peaceful,cleanliness and charm. The hosts are so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Wonderful breakfast and outstanding dinners. Very comfortable beds . I truly loved spending time with both the hosts and their gorgeous place highly highly recommend staying there. Feels like home and serene atmosphere. I rate this place a most definitely “10” . I will definitely be back. All the property is surrounded by the beautiful ocean from the living room, dining room, library, and the rooms. Absolutely gorgeous all around. That you so much for the hospitality of making us feel special.

Nothing but the best to say about this location. From the hospitality to the views, to the rooms, it was nothing but the best and felt like you were staying in your home.

Beautiful location, well appointed hotel rooms with superior cleanliness. Chef meals were well prepared and tasty. Great dark sky for night photography and stargazing. This is a unique hotel in a remote nature setting, perfect if you’re looking for serenity in a 5 star setting. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning Property on the coast in a rural setting! The owners were super pleasant despite getting ready for Hurricane Fiona. They made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful with ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. All the amenities of a big hotel in our room like a mini fridge and coffee/tea bar. The owner also walked us over and showed us everything when we checked in. Beautiful furnishings and linens very comfy place to stay. Breakfast was great - wish we would have booked supper the night before. Wish we would have more time to stay and enjoy and check out the area but the time we did spend was fantastic!

If you are staying in Prince Edward Island, you must stay at this beautiful inn. Modern accommodations, large rooms, comfortable beds, and listening to the waves hit the shores at night, you will not find a better place to stay on the island. Breakfast is served every morning and dinner available at night by the gracious hosts. I wish we could visit this amazing every weekend. A short walk to the beach is just feet away out your back door. Every family member or friend that visits PEI will be recommended to stay at the 45 Steps. We enjoyed getting to know our hosts during out stay.

Nirvana, heaven on earth..???. One can spend a long time searching then you meet Barbara Und Thomas And live takes a different perspective. I lived for three days in heaven.. NIRVANA

If you can you must visit this property. It is SPECTACULAR in every way!!!. The location, the accomodation, the food...absolutely fantastic. And your hosts Barbara and Thomas are caring, comforting and considerate. I hope I can get back here again..
