BENTON PLACE INN

Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus.

They didn’t have any directions as to how to turn on the television or how to handle the gas fireplace.

The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and good size.

Could have used a little better cooking tools, but it worked out ok. Too many spiders. None of the flameless candles worked. The bathroom was dark.

Just not the same without Rebecca there we didn’t get our orange juice in the refrigerator. Didn’t get the morning pastries like we used to the Jacuzzi didn’t work right needs a new motor

We stayed in the new pet friendly room and although small it's layout is very functional! Tastefully decorated, the bed was so comfortable and Lacey took excellent care 👌 of us! The location couldn't be better for quick access to town! We'll be back!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was available for questions. Great location

I would have liked blinds on all windows. Parking became a problem but was resolved with a phone call.

This establishment used to be nice, however the previous owner retired and it was purchased by a person living in Florida. I asked multiple times to have someone fix the light above the stairwell to the Cliffside suite. It never was, as you can see in the pictures, it's very dark and dangerous attempting to get to the suite at night. Additionally there are no cleaning services during your stay, something the previous owner always did.
