BENTON PLACE INN

The place was cute and homey, but internet & TV didn't work each night. Had to notify owner who tried to help, but it took a long time to get it on. Tuesday & Wednesday were not able to get internet or TV at all. Maid came over to address problem, but she wasn't able to get it on either. Requesting a refund because internet or TV were functional as advertised. Deb Flanagan.

Location, Room was large as advertised. The tub was lovely and the room had a nice atmosphere.

The bed could've been more comfortable but no other real complaints.

The memories apartment was super sweet with beautiful furnishings and the best artwork all over the place. Comfy bed, private deck outside w garden & mossy rocks, a cool water flow and koi pond on site. Perfect size and location. Yummy!!! It’s a big deal to have a place to leave the car (my sister is local and let me know there was nowhere else that had this convenience). We had no need to drive for local food and shopping ,just for going to Berryville and further places. María was responsive to questions and offered perfect dining recommendations (thank you). My only challenge was that I’m sensitive to environment toxins like artificial scents vs essential oils or nada aromas… most folks like linen sprays and sheets/towels that are heavily scented with detergents and such. I could not sleep w the strong smells until I covered the sheet with my clothes- it was so strong. Even the TP was scented! My body rashed out from the chemical exposure. Dang. My lesson: ask I’m advance so a host can accommodate me! We will be back and ask for their help!

Did not have daily housekeeping, price could have been more in line for the market, mo instructions on how to light gas fireplace.

Great location and it was really unique and pretty.

The mattress and pillows need to be replaced ASAP! It sinks in , in the middle. The place needs a good scrubbing from top to bottom. And there was no pastries and orange juice or wine provided as advertised. And we had to go hunt down a lighter to light the fireplace.

Highly recommended! Fantastic location, very clean and walking distance to everything! Right below the Local Flavor restaurant which is also amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Super romantic, great Eureka feel! Check in and out was seamless! Can’t wait to go back!!

The property is wonderful and the modern rooms are filled with antiques. The Koi pond and little waterfall are lovely. The rooms are well appointed. Rebecca is a wonderful Innkeeper. I highly recommend Benton Place. The daily housekeeping, the morning treats and coffee were most welcome. (Most inns and hotels have given up on that.)
