Es war ein schönes Appartment mit toller Lage

Es sollte nicht als Boutique Hotel bezeichnet werden. Es ist kein Personal da. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung da. Mein Mann war krank und wollte früh schlafen, ich wollte die Gegend erkunden. Wir bekamen nur eine Zimmerkarte, die auch gleichzeitig für den Strom im Appartement notwendig war. Mit nur einer Zimmerkarte war es nicht möglich auszugehen ohne ihm den Strom zu nehmen oder beim Heimkommen zu wecken. Ich konnte niemanden erreichen, um eine zweite Zimmerkarte zu erhalten. Mein Abend würde so richtig doof. Im Vorfeld baten wir um getrennte Betten, dies würde bestätigt aber als wir ankamen war es ein Bett. So würde ich angesteckt und war dann nach dem Urlaub ebenfalls krank. Frühstück war für uns zu spät. Auf vorheriger Anfrage war es nicht möglich ein To- Go Frühstück zu erhalten.

Die Lage war top...nur ein paar Stufen runter und man war am Douro Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung von Guest Ready perfekt !!! Nur die Umsetzung vor Ort mehr als mangelhaft

Sauberkeit....die Dusche wurde in 6 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht...beim WC vermute ich es auch mal...auch die Bettwäsche wurde in 6 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt Zum Frühstück: könnte man evtl. erwähnen, bei Buchung ' mit Frühstück ' dass das Frühstück in einer Kiste morgens vor der Zimmertür steht...sooo klitzekleine Croissants habe ich nich nie gesehen

Excelente localização. Quarto com vista para o rio. Bom pequeno almoço. Excelente relação qualidade/preço.

Location was fantastic, the decor was stunning. Nice little touches to welcome us. It was easy to access the property too. We ddn't expect breakfast but they left us a really lovely breakfast box outside our door. We loved it, and would definitely return and recommend to others.

The shower pressure was low, but that was probably because we were on the top floor. Also the bathroom door didn't fully close. Wasn't a problem, just something that will need sorted. We would still stay there again

Good location

My bed was in quite a high loft with a 10 foot straight ladder. I’m a fairly fit 65 year old but this could be quite a challenge if you don’t have good arm strength . I think it should have been in the description.
