Très bien placé et agréable

Dommage que l'évacuation d'eau de la douche et du lavabo soit déficiente et manifestement ce n'est pas récent. C'est dommage car le reste est très bien.

La comodidad del lugar y lo céntrico que esta. Las camas son muy confortables pero no la litera.

Hicimos una reserva para 3 y todos los servicios que estaban preparados para 2 (copas, albornoz, zapatillas, mantas, …) La litera que tuvo que ocupar el tercer huésped es incomoda y difícil de acceder. Supongo que por eso mismo el servicio de habitaciones no la tuvo en cuenta a la hora de hacer la limpieza diaria

Initially impressive. Decor, location, comfortable. The breakfast was fine with fruit, patisseries, coffee, etc, & timely. Could have done with a couple of tea bags every day in case guest is not a coffee drinker. Nice touch with welcoming glass of Port wine. The old tram terminus was directly below the balcony, which was quite quaint.

Whole place was ‘tired’, with fittings not working or broken (hanger, wardrobe handle, shower bracket), and toilet not flushing, & no hot water in hand basin. Had to spend two days messaging before the plumbing problems were put right. Shower tray slow to empty, so can’t have two consecutive showers without overflowing. The apartment photo through the window balcony must have been taken very early in the year as the river was not seen as in the photo, because there was a 100% screen of green leaves, even in May. Basically, no human contact, whether it were Guest Ready people, or other guests. I don’t usually want to complain but felt these points needed raising.

Breakfast was good. Location was stunning.

The fact that the toilet waste bin was not emptied daily.

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. El Apto es muy lindo. Tal cual Se ve en las fotos

Estuve 3 noches y no le hicieron limpieza ni cambio de toallas. El sanitario no tiene buena presión y la ducha tampoco El desayuno es siempre idéntico

The location was unbeatable. On the river edge with beautiful views of the Douro River and the other side’s old town. A block away from the heaving waterfront eateries and souvenir shops, so crowds were much less but still close to all the attractions. The original floor boards and ceiling rafters together with a stone feature wall gave the apartment a historic feel. The daily breakfast hamper was handy and a fair fallback if you didn’t want to dine out.

Maintenance is needed on some parts of the apartment such as water pressure in the shower (basically a dribble), skew bathroom door (privacy an issue). Soundproofing is almost non-existent. Surrounding apartment noise travels too easily and often. Street noise throughout the night is also an issue.

Great location, nice clean room, nice breakfast and nice surprise gift of port wine and pasteis de nata

We requested 2 separate duvets which we didn’t get. Also dish towel was missing. The noise from next room we heard whenever someone just walked there.

Posizione centrale, parcheggio sotto casa e appartamento pulito.

Il pavimento estramente rumoroso tanto da far sentire i movimenti anche dell’appartamento di fianco.
