However hotel location is off the main road, no soundproof window at all!!! You can hear every noise from the main road.

This place exceeded our expectations, it was an excellent room that we believed was severely underpriced. it was an amazing location to explore porto by foot and most importantly the actual room was beautiful. No where in the world do I think you would be able to pay so little but receive so much!!

Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert mittels PIN. Ich hätte mir allerdings lieber eine persönliche Übergabe gewünscht, zumal zum Zeitpunkt meiner Ankunft (und auch sonst recht häufig) immer jemdand im Empfangsbereich anwesend war. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, direkt in der Altstadt am Fluss. Frühstück kam immer pünktlich gegen 9 Uhr und war ausreichend. Die Unterkunft wurde täglich gereinigt incl. Handtuchservice und sogar das Geschirr wurde gespült.

Ich war schon um 12 Uhr da und fragte, ob ich mein Apartement früher beziehen oder zumindest mein Gepäck da lassen könnte. Beides wurde abgelehnt, mit dem Hinweis, dass noch gereinigt würde. Ich empfand das allerdings als Ausrede, da noch nicht gefragt wurde, welches Apartment ich gebucht hatte... Ansonsten lief alles sehr professionell aber auch leider sehr unpersönlich ab.
