Śniadania z racji formy serwowania mało urozmaicone, trochę twardy materac. Ale to są małe minusy.

Ωραία τοποθεσία με θέα στο ποτάμι. Το πρωινό, μια ευχάριστη δώρο-έκπληξη, ικανοποιητικό για να ξεκινήσει η ημέρα μας με την αίσθηση της ζεστής φιλοξενίας.

Όλα ήταν ικανοποιητικά.

La stanza è spaziosa, il letto è comodo e la posizione è abbastanza buona.

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato deludente. Al check-in abbiamo trovato solo un set di asciugamani nonostante la prenotazione per due persone. L’aria condizionata non funzionava e il telecomando aveva batterie ossidate. Ho contattato il numero di emergenza senza ottenere alcun supporto e abbiamo passato la notte al freddo. Anche la colazione è stata consegnata inizialmente per una sola persona. La struttura è senza reception e l’assistenza è praticamente inesistente. Esperienza non all’altezza degli standard dichiarati.

Lovely little studio apartment situated within easy walking distance of, I think, most of the main sites. I say "easy" but we're talking Porto, so it's easy to get around the hills if you're part mountain goat but that's the nature of Porto, and not the accommodation... Clean, everything you need, I loved the little breakfast box each morning - it really set me up for the day's clambering up stairs and hilly streets... Randomly, I rediscovered a love of plain, old fashioned milk, drinking the little bottles that I'm guessing were largely for adding to the coffee from the flasks (which I drink black)... The bed was really comfortable, despite my initial thoughts that it was a bit hard, and there was also a choice of three thickness/sponginess pillows, which was really useful. I was able to leave my backpack safely in the main reception area on my last day to go for a walk before my airport pick up.

My only quibbles were minor, and would in no way stop me from returning (I've already booked!): I had issues with Wi-Fi connection, in that my phone just would not acknowledge there was an IP address to connect to - I ended up using my mobile data for the time I was there, which meant I wasn't online as much as I possibly would have been if I'd been able to connect but that's no bad thing. I did have issues with the aircon - specifically trying to heat the place up (stone walls, high, high ceiling, full length window/doors facing the river), even jacking it up to 29c didn't seem to make much of a difference - it might need a little maintenance, but again, it didn't affect my stay badly, I'd come from London so had worn a thick coat and had a scarf with me. Overall, these are two very small negatives in an otherwise wonderful stay.

sehr gute Kommunikation (Informationen, Schlüsselcode,...), sehr saubere und nette kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf den Fluß, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe, Willkommensgetränke und - essen, im Eingangsbereich Getränke, Obst und Kuchen, feines kleines Frühstück (vor der Tür abgestellt)

Wer empfindlich ist geben Lärm sollte mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen wegen der Verkehrsgeräusche von der vielbefahrenen Straße unten und Trittschall etc. aus der Nachbarwohnung

Sentí ruido durante el día. Se escuchaba como si alguien todo el rato subiera por las escaleras y estaba en último planta.

Buena ubicación.

Que hubiese obras al lado.
