Good location and really enjoyed the Nichinan restaurant. That is why we stayed here.

Parking was not available for our van.

Very stylish. Conveniently located. Easy to check in & out.

No personnel at the front desk after 8pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel provides very good suggestions for restaurants within walking distance. And very close to major shopping street, riverfront, and downtown music venues.

No parking on-site, and extra charge for off-site parking.

The room was small but nice and had a heated bathroom floor. Cute theming and pleasant interior.

The front desk person was a bit indifferent to us. She wore headphones for much of our first interaction. Not mean but not friendly or helpful really. The whole tone of our email interactions was brusque as well. Our parking question was “denied”. Odd.
