No incluía el desayuno, la comida costosa. Se tenía expectativa de que el mar hiciera parte del hotel, pero no fue así. Cada cosa en la playa se tenía que pagar.

Es muy tranquilo, tanto en el hotel como al rededor.

Que la repecion esta muy lejos

The view was nice. The lack of elevators was a problem . Also the lack of screens on the windows. Because of this I had to use a/C all the time. Too many stairs everywhere. The potholes by the entrance made it difficult to get into the property

the location is great with a beautiful bay nearby to swim and gorgeous views over the ocean. the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. the restaurant is good for breakfast. did not use it a night. we went to town

there is no elevator and the rooms are high up the hill. it is not clearly marked where you should check in and where you should park. these are two different locations. they do not reach out to warn you about route 200 that suffers from major delays and massive construction after Pochutla. it takes 3 hours to drive 30 km and is not to be taken lightly.

Location

Beautiful ocean view. Very comfy bed. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner - room service also good. Lovely staff. 5 min walk to sandy beach which was lovely with shells and coral and easy swimming.

Air con unit was very noisy. However we used it to cool the room then switched it off and used the ceiling fan and felt comfortable. Bring ear plugs if you like!

El hotel es bonito, la piscina con vistas al mar es espectacular. Está limpio y el personal es amable. La playa El Arrocito que está cerca es perfecta para poder bañarte y estar un rato tranquilo.

Para lo que cuesta le faltan detalles como por ejemplo una mesita de noche a cada lado de la cama, o sitio para poner las maletas. Tuvimos que dejarlas en el suelo porque no había donde colocarlas, ya que el hueco que hace de armario es pequeño. Pedí una habitación con vistas al mar pero al estar en la planta baja en una terraza que pasa gente teníamos que tener las cortinas cerradas todo el rato, con lo que no podíamos disfrutar de las vistas. La tele se veía mal. Me pareció caro para lo que ofrece.
