La ubicación y la vista al mar y el trato fue excelente, aparte de la cercanía ala playa Arrocito.

El lobby en la parte de arriba y todo lo demas hasta abajo. Nuestra habitación no tenía sillas adentro, pedimos servicio al cuarto y nos fue complicado comer ya que había un área pequeña como mesa y las sillas fueron las de afuera del balcón un poco incómodas.

They charged me more The reception girl is terrible, no customer service., the pool is small for the number of rooms , They have 2 but it is the same size maybe for 4 or 5 people to be comfortable

It was a beautiful secluded location. We only needed it as an overnight for our flight out of Huatulco. It is a very fancy hotel for our doing with very friendly staff. We stayed there September 8th-9th

On the website it promotes a free breakfast during September and nowhere does it say they won’t honour that if you make your reservation directly with them. So we were taken aback when charged for our breakfast. We showed them the promotion but they would not honour it so we were quite surprised by that fact and were quite disappointed by that. If you withhold details on your advertisement that is false advertising
