EL hotel está bonito, tiene una playa cercana arrocito muy bonita y puedes nadar a gusto. La comida es rica y es económica, las bebidas igual.

EL personal, una chica en el restaurante siempre estaba de mal humor, nos atendía grosero y no nos hacía caso y en una ocasion la escuché quejarse de que ella no tenía que andar sirviendo ni recibiendo ordenes, desconozco si era la encargada o qué pero mayormente estaba en la caja. Nos querían cobrar dos toallas, que nunca volvieron a poner en el cuarto, eramos 3 personas e inicialmente si pusieron las 4 toallas y despues del primer día solo ponian 3, al hacer checkout nos querian cobrar y la señorita encargada de las mucamas muy grosera y asegurando que ella estuvo presente y revisó, lo cual claramente no hizo o no lo hace bien por que nunca las pusieron completa y el ultimo día no refilearon aguas en un cuarto. Alguien nos comentó que es un modus operandis, que normalmente lo hacen para ver quien lo paga y quien se rehusa solo te hacen firmar una carta de que no pagarás, lo cual no me parece por que te deja ver como si tuvieras la culpa y no quisieras hacerte responsable. por esta situación no volvería.

La vista al mar es excelente, puedes bajar sin ningún problema cuando terminas tu día y quieres descansar es muy recomendable ya que solo escuchas las olas del mar

A beautiful location which feels and is hidden away. The room was spacious and fresh, with a view of the ocean. The hotel bar too had a lovely vista. Great value for a spot like that.

You need a car or taxi to get to "downtown" Huatulco.

I enjoyed the view of the property to the ocean. I enjoyed my room. You have to walk up and down much to go to the office to check in or check out but it is what it is. Overall, nice, beautiful place, and good service!
