Swiss Hotel Apartments - Lugano

We had a fantastic experience staying at Swiss Hotel Apartments in Lugano. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-located, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service from Askar. He went above and beyond to assist us, from check-in to local recommendations. He kindly shared the location of a beautiful beach (Lido di Lugano), which turned out to be a perfect spot to relax. Askar’s professionalism, friendliness, and personal attention made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lugano, you’ll be in great hands.

In the bedroom the aircon was not properly installed. The nights were very hot

مكان نظيف جداً ومرتب وقريب من السنتر ومواقف السيارات كانت واسعه لو سيارتك كبيره واشكر عسكر على التعاون معانا وحسن الخلق والاخلاق والتعامل الجميل جداً وانصح فيه بشده

الشقة كانت الدور الخامس في عمارة سكنية حديثة ويوجد مصعد كهربائي . الشقة رائعة وأنيقة و جميلة جدا .. عبارة عن غرفتين نوم وحمامين وصالة و مطبخ مفتوح على الصالة وفيها بلكونة كبيرة مطلة على الجبل بشكل جزئي .. الشقة هادئة جدا لكنها بعيدة فقط أقل من ١٠ دقائق عن شاطئ البحر والمطاعم والمماشي الجميلة جدا .. الشقة لها موقف مخصص وجنب المواقف مباشرة سوبر ماركت (سكوب) والشارع اللي وراه مطعم شاورما .. باختصار الشقة ممتازة الحقيقة ولا يعيبها شي .. مضيفنا السيد عسكر كان مبادر جدا بالتواصل ولطيف جدا وحريص على راحتنا وتلبية كل احتياجاتنا في اي وقت
