The hotel is well situated, an apt hotel which are well equipped, clean and has all the amenities that one needs. The reason for the low rating is due mainly to a mix up in the reservations that we have and how it was handled. We reserved two bedrooms apt, got only one, and also by mistake they overcharge me, and it took me two months and many phone calls and emails to get my money back. Also, we were there during the heat wave and their AC doesn't work that great and it does not go below 22 degrees

This us the perfect stay for families in Lugano. It is pricey but you get what you pay for

All perfect. I thought the self-check in was complicated but it was easy. However, since the apartment is luxurious and with top hotel service maybe it would be better if you have someone to check-in guests even if with additional fee.

Location, clean, all the needed facilities is available.
