no toilet paper had to buy my own kitchen was dirty pots and pans left in sink and on cooker dirty all weekend no heating in room 2 heaters none worked

This property stunk of cigarettes smoke. We got there at 3.30 pm but were not provided with the codes to get into the property. It was after 6 p.m., by the time we got the code! There was no key to the front of the property. This was not provided until the day after. Luckily, we managed to get into the property via another guest. On departure, my 13 year old left his airpod behind! We tried contacting the owner, but when we tracked the airpods, they had moved address, we provided this address to the owner, who confirmed that his clearer had them, but since then, I have now been blocked from contact! And I have a devastated child!!

I NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO STAY AS THE ESTABLISHMENT CANCELLED ON THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE. I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE HUNGERFORD SINCE I BOOKED THE ROOM. NO COMMUNICATION AND TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL NO COMMUNICATION. THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED WAS AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN CANCELLED IN THE LAST MINUTE, MAJOR INCONVENIENCE, I WAS SHOCKED.

No chair in room and carpet makes room untidy

No hot water! TV kept losing connection and BBC1 and 2 not available.

It's perfect for the work away I don't need anything to salubrious but I do need some comfort like cleanliness and a nice comfortable bed and a kitchen to cook my evening meals whilst I work away from home.

It's absolutely perfect for what I need just show that it's very well used but that is a compliment to how busy they are maybe in the near future my bedroom that I stayed in could do with a lick of paint on the walls but I'm really splitting hairs

Duvet covers, towels and bathroom were clean.

It's been dirty. The room smelled like someone was smoking there before we arrived. For 2 days the bins weren't emptied, there were also dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived and no one cleaned them up for all time we were there. The carpet in the room was filthy, stained and gross. I understand that the room is cheap but I wouldn't expect such a poor level of cleanliness.
