Arriving went very smooth, I texted Jae Noémie that I was nearby and she arrived shortly to hand me the key and some quick info. The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable big bed. The rooftop swimming was nice with just a few beds, perfect for a quick dip after a hot day out. As a solo female traveler I felt safe. There was a girl sitting behind the desk ( Spanish speaking only) and in the evening there was man present. The area is close to many restaurants and the shopping street with mostly souvenir shops. If i come back I would maybe stay there again, the maybe is because of the street noise and there are no curtains, just black out blinds but they have caps between them so the light will hit your face early in the morning. Also no warm water in the shower. As a person that likes a warm shower this was somewhat annoying. Area wise this was ok for me, not too busy with plenty of restaurants nearby, but it was a 20-25 min hot walk to the shopping area and the ferry or take a taxi that will cost you 200 mex $

I have really nothing to complain but a few things to mention: *No curtains, just black out blinds that have caps between them. *Some street noise, so bring earplugs *No toilet brush *My toilet was broke, it didn’t flush, when I texted Jae Noémie about it she responded quickly and it was fixed the same day, although I still had to sometimes juggle the system in the water tank to make it work. *no warm shower

The apartment is huge. The location of the building is perfect, close to 5th Avenue and all the stores. The building is convenient. We liked the pool and staff of the building. We also enjoyed the shade on top of the roof, and we could spend time during the day near the pool.

The bedroom has two entrances; one entrance has a door, and another exit doesn't have a door. It created a problem for me, as I was with my daughter, and I was waking up earlier than her. I could not do much as I didn't want to make a noise; it was like a studio apartment. Another problem was that the noise from the street was too loud in the morning. If they could put a door in the second entrance of the bedroom, it would reduce the noise in the bedroom.

there was no restaurant so no breakfast. the location was good close to all shops. only very noisy on the street side. Jae our contact person was great said did everything better than the owner himself in terms of communication

We booked the apartment again during our stay because the location was just good. We had agreed on a price and suddenly it became more expensive out of nowhere. We could pay him in cash in euros, but the exchange rate was calculated much lower, so the price was incorrect and ended up being higher for us. Then we could pay him in pesso, so we wanted to do that and exchange money, suddenly we had to do it via booking.com. because what was said Money is Money....regrettable!! Ultimately we were advised to contact the owner to see if it was possible before the agreed time. No sooner said than done, I sent a message to the owner, but to this day I have never received a response, which is a shame!! In the end I booked with booking.com with mixed feelings because the location was good. the kitchen was very basic, there was nothing in the cupboards that was complete and very little, there were not even glasses!! the taps hardly worked due to limescale. the toilet would not flush due to limescale, the handle for refilling the water remained stationary after a flush, so you had to remove the lid of the water reservoir to tap the flush each time. towels with bleach stains, and pillowcases with bleach stains, but you have to sign that you have to pay for those things if they get stained and a considerable amount too!! glass of balcony also dirty to look through. and balcony rack is loose, we thought it was very dangerous!! People smoked drugs in apartments, so you sat outside on your balcony in a stench and had to keep the door closed otherwise your whole room would stink afterwards.
