Breakfast was great, location was very good in the diplomatic area.

The room was located on the ground floor and was a bit noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Polanco. The hotel was quiet, yet had a fun library and patio to socialize in. Great service.

The breakfast was ok - not great but very pleasant. The overall atmosphere made the place seem very homelike. The people were friendly and helpful.

The lighting systems were ultra modern - and ultra confusing. We were still learning how to use it when we were leaving after three nights.

Beds & linens incredible!!! Great location, great decoration, wonderful products. everything was top!!!

what a gem- there are not enough complimentary adjectives to describe this wonderful hotel- the staff, headed by the amazing Regina cannot do enough for you- had I asked for the moon I am sure they would have found a way to bring it to me. A place I want to go back to- home away from home

I arrived after a long flight. I was greeted by a manager who escorted me into a library and offered me refreshments, snacks, hot towels and introduced the property to me. She let me know that Casa Polanco was my home in Mexico City. I have never been treated so well at a hotel in my lifetime. The room was incredibly well furnished and deluxe. Truly a 5 Star Experience. Plenty of towels, bathrobes, slippers, wonderfully soft sheets, complimentary bottled water and soft drinks, soaps, etc. The marble bathroom is bright & airy like that of a Parisian 5 Star Hotel. The television had a thousand stations including the Golf Channel! The staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Whether it was at breakfast, lunch, dinner or after hours the staff was very attentive and professional. The breakfast was superb. It included a wonderful array of pastries, croissants, breads, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc as well as some very hearty omelettes, pancakes. One day for lunch I enjoyed a filet mignon with marsala sauce and it was literally one of the best pieces of steak I've ever had in my life. The dining room is also very light & airy with a sheik decor. Casa Polanco has its own chef on the premises and they will cook for you whenever you are hungry. However, one does not really appreciate a hotel until there is a crisis. On my second to last day I suffered a bacteria infection (Montezuma's Revenge) from mistakenly drinking tap water at a local restaurant. I awoke in the middle of the night in great pain. I called the front desk and they were immediately able to get a doctor to come see me in the early am. The doctor took good care of me and gave me a shot and wrote a prescription for 6 different medicines. However, being too sick to walk around to the local pharmacy I asked the Hotel Manager (Regina) if she would help me. She was a lifesaver! She went right away and got my medicine. Wow, I am so grateful for her attentiveness.
