"Best 5-star hotel ever visited at great location in Polanco, Mexico-City"

Casa Polanco is really a fantastic hotel at a very convenient location. The buidling is beautifully restored and has a mix of authentic and modern details. However, most important is the extremely customer focused staff. You feel yourself really "at home" in Casa Polanco. We have visited a lot of 5-star hotels but never experienced staff as nice and sympathic as the staff at Casa Polanco.

Breakfast was delicious! And we also loved getting a drink while we waited for the Uber in the evenings. Service/staff was great! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

This hotel in Mexico City will always be my first choice. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, etc. Loved our suite, amenities, garden seating, library for chilling, food! Thank you to the staff for making our stay perfect.
