Kuxtal Hotel Boutique

Cute little hotel. Excellent customer service.

We loved our stay here. This is a cute small boutique hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms work well, and the staff are so nice. One highlight was the bed, it was very comfortable and the bedding was so soft! Ximena and her team are wonderful! The pool is nice, and gets some sunshine, and the location is very convenient if you want to stay in the city center but not on a noisy street.

Everything was lovely! One thing to note for future visitors, the studio we stayed it said there is an oven, dishwasher and kitchenware, but that’s not the case. There’s a microwave, fridge, sink and tableware. Keep that in mind if you were counting on a full fledged mini kitchen. Hopefully they can update the description. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel!

Very nice place, quiet, helpful staff, perfect location.

The staff (Jimena, Kenia, Aron, Arturo and Alejandra) were all super helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to the Aire room, which was great. Breakfast in the room was very convenient.

Kenia was a fantastic hotel representative and the hotel was fantastic!! Highly recommended just amazing!

Very comfortable room. We selected the King deluxe suite and it had high ceiling, renovated modern washroom and just a larger room. The bed was king size and the sheets were the softest cotton I’ve ever slept in. The bed was so comfortable. We had breakfast with our stay which was prepared and ready for us at exactly the time I indicated as requested time. This hotel when seen from outside you can’t expect it to be this way but it’s relatively small as it’s only a few rooms with a common seated area for breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but sat by it to relax. At the beginning of the night you can hear someone’s TV on but then it’s very quiet and you can have a restful night.

I disagree with other reviews, there is nothing for me to complain about, there’s even a water cooler you can save and fill up your bottle instead of buying bottled water.

This is a really lovely, peaceful spot to stay in the heart of downtown Merida. We look forward to returning for our next overnight in the city.

Exclenete hotel , la habitacion es espaciosa y muy limpia ! Sera mi lugar favorito cuando regrese a Merida !
