Sólo me hospedé una noche y era día festivo por lo que no había personal presente, excepto cuando me recibieron. Todo fue muy buena experiencia, el hotel es pequeño, bien ubicado en el centro, limpio, de buen gusto y la habitación de buen tamaño, limpia, renovada o bien cuidada, el baño impecable. La gerente, Ximena Acosta, aunque no la conocí personalmente y sólo por chat, muy atenta a mis necesidades y con un trato cordial. Definitivamente si regresaré a hospedarme nuevamente en el hotel Kuxtal.

Excellent beds, shower and very spacious and nicely decorated room. Location is quite convenient. Only little over 10 minutes walk from the central bus station and about 9 minutes from the main plaza. Friendly and helpful personnel, especially those who work as well at the Cafe next door.

Comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and respond quickly to our needs. I will definitely recommend this place

This hotel is beautiful! I stayed in the king bed suite. The suite was large and comfortable. The room was well air conditioned. The service was excellent. The licatiing is very convenient for walking around the city and seeing the sights. I higjly recommend the Kuxtal Hotel.
