Kastara Resort

O kastara foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na minha vida! Que recepção incrível que eles tem ! Nunca vi um hotel ser tão receptivo como eles! Lugar super agradável, comida deliciosa e a infraestrutura é impecável. Super recomendo esse hotel. Nós casamos nele, e foi incrível como todos ajudaram a filmar a gente e a preparar tudo, eu amei e voltaria lá muitas vezes se possível .

All was good, and everyone was very nice. Also Armoni helped us in everything we needed and made our stay really great. The quality of the both the pool restaurant and the japanese restaurant was also surprisingly good, at a very affordable price! I will come back!

Tout était parfait : l’hôtel, le personnel, le service, l’emplacement, l’ambiance… La vue depuis les chambres était magique, avec un panorama magnifique sur la forêt. Le restaurant est très romantique, tout comme la piscine, qui apporte encore plus de charme et de sérénité au lieu.

The location is unreal, vertically stacked on the edge of the jungle, with surreal views. The room was perfect and the staff, restaurant and food could not have been better, truly an amazing stay. Thank you to Ayunita, Armoni and the trainee who was working on the morning of Friday 15 May who was excellent. This was the first stop on our honeymoon tour and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était extrêmement propre, très bien insonorisée et le lit particulièrement confortable. Les Grab ne peuvent pas accéder directement à l’hôtel, mais cela n’a absolument pas été un problème : l’établissement met gratuitement à disposition un taxi privé, très rapide, sur simple demande, pour nous déposer au point de prise en charge Grab situé à moins de 5 minutes.

Ottima struttura, molto particolare, personale molto accogliente e molto disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa.

Che non mi è piaciuto niente, cosa migliorerei per avere una struttura più luxury: - tovaglioli del bar e coprimaterassi da piscina nuovi e puliti, quelli odierne sono vecchi e si vede anche lavandoli, ci sono macchie. - Più privacy nel bagno della stanza, praticamente si vede e sente tutto. - Colazione più ricca
