Kastara Resort

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel de 4 nuits au Kastare Resort ! L’hôtel est magnifique, idéalement situé en hauteur avec une vue incroyable à couper le souffle sur la jungle. Tout était parfait : les installations sont impeccables, la nourriture est excellente et le service est tout simplement au top. Mais ce qui fait la vraie force de cet endroit, c'est la gentillesse incroyable du personnel. Ils ont été d'une bienveillance et d'une attention mémorables tout au long de notre séjour. Une perle rare à Ubud que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Our room was extremely spacious and clean. Swimming in the pool with the view was a lovely experience. We were treated with special attention every time we arrived and departed.

It's very conveniently located and accessible by private vehicle, but you might need to walk a few minutes to access online transportation apps. Still, it's usable. Because the toilet had a glass door, it wasn't soundproof. This wasn't very convenient for us.

My partner and I stayed with Kastara for 2 nights while travelling around Indonesia. While the views and facilities are absolutely immaculate, the people who worked here were the highlight of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, with Armoni going out of her way (above and beyond) to make sure we didn't miss out on any activities given our short stay. The food and drinks were amazing, providing much range to keep everyone happy. We were blessed enough to also experience a cooking class (also organised by Armoni - she is wonderful!), which was incredibly generous and educational by the lovely Agus. We cannot wait to recreate the recipes now we are back home! We are incredibly thankful for the hospitality and hope to visit again soon!
