We had a wonderful stay at Kastara Resort. The service from all the staff was exceptional—they were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the views from the resort were absolutely stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Also not forgetting the free activities that the hotel provides, free yoga class and also a walk around the village which we got to learn more about Bali & its religion which you won’t get to experience at other hotels! The only downside is that the resort is quite far from the city center, so getting around can take some time. However, the tranquility, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding hospitality more than make up for it. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend Kastara Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It’s absolutely worth the trip

Avis Les chambres sont magnifiques et spacieuses! Le balcon donne sur une vue splendide sur la jungle et sans aucun vis-à-vis. L’hotel dispose d’une belle piscine à débordement toujours avec la vue sur la jungle. Le service et le personnel est irréprochable, ils vous feront vous sentir comme un roi tout au long de votre séjour. On voit qu’ils sont attentifs à tous les détails et qu’ils font leur maximum pour que vos vacances se passent à merveille. Les boissons et les plats du restaurant sont délicieux. Cela vaut aussi pour le petit déjeuné. L’hotel n’est pas accessible par les chauffeurs de Taxi en ligne mais l’hotel vous dépose gratuitement à un point de récupération des Taxi en ligne. Nous avons effectué une visite de différents points d’intérêt organisé par l’hotel et c’était super, on a adoré! Notre conducteur Monsieur Adi a été un super guide, il n’a pas hésité à nous conduire et nous guider sous une pluie torrentielle. Il a été au petit soins avec nous tout au long de la journée. Grace à lui nous avons passé une journée inoubliable. Nous avons aussi réservé l’ascension du Mont Batur en Jeep via l’hotel et cela a parfaitement été exécuté.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu long car ce n’est pas un buffet (environ 40min) donc il faut bien prendre ses délais si vous avez des activités de prévues. Il serait souhaitable qu’il soit ouvert dès 7:00 au lieu de 7:30.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec vue sur la jungle. Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous rendre service et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous y avons dîné un soir et la restauration est très correcte.

1. The staff were superb - always smiling, always willing to help and going out of their way to help 2. They organised the chef to stay back to make breakfast for me when I had left for a sunrise mountain trek knowing I wont be back before it closes + they organised for me to have an early breakfast before I left for the airport 3. They cleaned my room diligently every day - it was immaculate every single day - bedsheets and towels always immaculately clean 4. The gym is good 5. They never say no, it is not possible - they always try to help 6. When you come to the lobby they always come and ask if you need anything and always smiling 7. The place is better than the photos 📸- superb location 8. Private pool was really good 9. Water well stocked in the room 10. Dont even need a plug converter they had plugs that suit chargers from UK, US and AUS and Europe
