Firstly we got the opportunity to check in early which on a very warm day was super helpful and opened up the full day for us. This mad such a difference and so our gratitude to the hosts for that. All instructions were clear and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. The location is at once very good and also a little challenging see below, but have to take the rough with the smooth. Shower is great. Good TV. Fan a nice touch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A May bank holiday weekend touching 30c meant it was super busy in Poole. This place is right in the heart of the quay and that's great to pop out for a boat trip or meal but does mean there's plenty of noise in the evenings including the pub music next door and passersby. Nothing the host can do about that and pros outweigh the cons. Of course for much of the year one could keep the windows closed and it wouldn't be an issue at all. Small note: one or two of the milk sachets in the room were past their best before, a minor issue and incongruent with the rest of the care shown so no problems at all just thought we'd share.
