Very clean and modern in the room

Situated next to a pub which plays music until closing. Because the room had no air con we had to have the windows open to cool down, but because of the music this was an issue to us

The cleanliness is most important for me and its so tidy and clean

I like most of it its just the weather is too warm even if it has 2 fan.

The location was excellent, and the facilities were excellent. The information provided was top rate the whole experience was great.

I can not fault anything it was a great experience from start to finish

Perfect location right near the quay but still quiet at night, even with the pub next door- couldn't hear a thing even though they had live music. Great bathroom lighting for doing your makeup - something many places don't have. (It's often like doing your makeup in a coal mine!) plug sockets at both sides of the bed `(three pin and USB!) Bed very comfortable and a fan for if you're too hot. Decent sized mini fridge as well. Host Jenny was very helpful, and there is a dossier in the room with dozens of places to eat and visit. Highly recommend!

Honestly amazing location, easy access to a car park and just a quick walk to everywhere. It really was lovely and clean. onestly there wasnt anything I didn't like. The only thing was the room was very warm and no fan but the weather isn't controllable

Location, cleanliness

No shampoo, shower gel etc and a tiny amount of hand soap. Towels had an odd texture (synthetic?) and didn’t absorb moisture . Noisy during the night and early morning and upstairs guests entered property at 1.45am and someone left at 2.15am banging the doors and making a lot of noise although I realise this is outwith the control of the hosts

Easy to access room and close to where I needed to be. Beautifully furnished and fitted out. Clean and well finished en-suite and a very comfortable bed.

The location was perfect. Right next to both the old town and the Quay but still really close to the High Street shops, bus station and railway. The property was immaculate and new. Modern and well equipped with quality bathroom, shower, Tv , carpets and functional modern furniture and a comfy bed

The downside to this property is the fact it has no parking . Parking is close and is 24 hours for 13 pounds. You can come and go during that 24 hour period. It has to be factored into your holiday cost
