Property was very clean and convenient for all amenities. Towels were of poor quality and did not dry you and there was no shower gel or a bar of soap.

Location to ferry terminal and wharf restaurants

Extremely easy check in, located right in the heart of Poole with everything within minutes walk. Very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay

The location is superb, right next to the Quay, in the old part of town.

The room was very small. There was nowhere for our luggage without rearranging, and even then it was a real squeeze.

Lovely bright and clean property, everything you need for a few nights stay.

Great communications considering it was an on the day booking. Jenny went above and beyond to ensure we was accommodated as a family. We travelled with a portable cot, kettle in room and small fridge. Spacey, clean, tidy and cool. The street could be nosy if you have the front windows open but once closed it's quiet. Would stay again and already recommend a family member to stay! Also great location!

Very comfortable and handy walking to harbour

Lovely property and fantastic location. Although a small pub is next door, there is absolutely no bother noise at all. The host was lovely, called to check we had got in.
