The location of Anchorage is perfect with the Quay literally on the doorstep, and arranging to park our car on the neighbours drive (for a small fee) was extremely helpful. The room was small but clean, modern and comfortable.

Our room 3 had dual windows on each side of the room with wooden slatted blinds. They looked very modern but not when the early morning sun shinned through all the gaps at 6 am, every morning. I need darkness to sleep well, especially when I'm on holiday. I think hanging blackout blinds or lined curtains would be a huge benefit for this well-appointed room. In my opinion, the room was a little pricey too. I would have been happy to pay perhaps £90 per night maximum not the £141 i paid.

Very clean and bright . Shower was amazing with two heads , ample tea and coffee facilities. Comfy bed and new crisp linen.

Maybe a black out blind behind the nice ones in the window.

Nothing to dislike

The shower was really nice and easy to use. It was also great that a fan was provided in the room as the weather was very warm. The fridge in the room (in a cupboard) was a nice bonus :) Jenny the property owner is warm, friendly and helpful. Fab location right by the Quay. Huge telly too! Great for YouTube. I find it interesting to see what the last guest enjoyed watching on YouTube - you get to discover new videos that way too. The bass on the telly's audio was really pronounced but can be adjusted through the TV's settings. Thanks for a great stay, Jenny :)

A lovely room. Nice and light, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Quiet too and ideal for getting to the harbour for an early ferry.

It is located close to the ferry terminal to the Channel Islands. Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower, tea & coffee making; all that you would expect.

It's a bit hard to find—the street access is one way. Also, construction at the entrance to the street suggested that entry was blocked, but it was not. Parking is not straightforward but manageable.

The hosts left a very detailed book about all the things to do in the local area, which was a nice idea. We were only there overnight to catch a ferry, so couldn't visit any sites though.
