The hotel is great it’s very modern and comfortable the decor is really fab the bar area is spacious and vibrant o had room service and ordered the voco beef burger with fries the burger was excellent a really meaty thick burger , the staff were really friendly and very nice the room itself was really lovely

The fact that there is hardly any parking on site

Spacious and reasonably clean. Nice bar. Rooms not very sound proof. Can hear everything.

Noisy , having to pay for parking. I had two rooms. Total cost was £330, £20 for parking

The property advertises that there is parking and never specifies before booking that there are limited spaces. When confronting the receptionist, she was very rude and abrasive. When I told her I hadn’t received the email, she went on to check and once we were checked in said ‘well not that it matters now but you did get the email’. There was no need for a comment like that. Receptionist are the first person you meet when you stay at a hotel and to be met in such a rude way, really put a sore taste in our mouth.

It's a very beautiful place. Will definitely come back.

It was very stylish, quirky and the room was very comfortable. The bed was lovely and we had a good night's sleep. We enjoyed an excellent cooked breakfast and there were lots of other items too so guests can enjoy whatever they prefer. The location was perfect for our visit to De Montford Hall which was less than a mile away and an easy walk. We booked on site car parking at £20 per night which we thought was a fair price for a city location.

Nothing not to like about the hotel but there was a group of teenage girls staying over for an event and they were constantly running up and down the corridor. They took no notice when asked to keep the noise down. Fortunately, they had gone quiet by the time we went to bed at 11pm but they started up again around 8am. We mentioned it at checkout and we were told that other guests had complained as well. The staff should have had a word with them and their parents who we were told were also staying in the hotel.

We loved the parking. We alao love that the hotel was clean and extremley modern. We did not expect what we got for thw price we paid. We forgot an iphone wire and the reception workwr found one in thw office so I didnt have to go pay for a new one. The receptionist also remembered why we was there and asked if we enjoyed it. She most probably says that to everyone but it felt nice to be asked.
