"Overall nice, comfortable stay in a convenient location and friendly and helpful staff"

Convenient location Parking though paid and has to be pre-booked, was available. Rooms, comfortable with temperature control Toiletries good quality Bed very comfortable I had asked if I could be provided a cold packed breakfast as I had an early start, this request was kindly accommodated by receptionist at booking, although the reservations team had declined this request when emailed.

"Very comfortable & clean hotel"

Very comfortable accommodation. Modern, clean and quiet. Breakfast was exceptionally good - plenty of seating and a wide variety of food. Staff very attentive. Location is within 20 mins walk of the rail station, 15 mins walk from the university and adjacent to the rugby stadium and hospital.

Location and bar area. Bar staff friendly.

Sleepless night due to an adjoining room with a baby that cried throughout the night. Staff dismisive of our lack of sleep. I replied to an email about my experience and 2 weeks later have heard nothing back.

Excellent value. Smart hotel. Quiet room despite being in city centre. Excellent location for visiting DMU.

A few more milk cartons on the tea and coffee tray in bedroom, but not a criticism!!

"Good hotel in many ways, but shower maintenance not up to scratch"

Good location, smart and clean. Breakfast very good.

Unfortunately the shower flooded the bathroom. Water didn't seem to be draining away, in fact it took 15/20 mins to do so. We therefore had to use every available towel to soak up the water, and there then wasn't time for my partner to have a shower. Very disappointed ☹️
