semble neuf mais pas terrible, le parking est horrible, chambre sale et finitions décevantes, pas de clim on le savait mais pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car odeur nauséabonde dehors... moquettes des couloirs sales... petit déjeuner passable...

Property is ok, not having Air Conditioning was expected, poor ventilation and no fans was not. Buildings not designed to endure temps close to 40 yet was over. Would make me think twice about booking there again in July-August.

L'hôtel est convenable. Par contre la literie du canapé lit n'est pas bonne, donc évitez un appart pour 6 avec canapé lit. Et le petit déj bien le prévoir avant car l'accueil nous a refusé l'accès au petit déjeuner le matin à 09h car il fermait à 09h30! Incroyable...

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

Great indoor pool & spa and small outside pool.Underground parking was tricky - not clear how to access it - description of procedure on website would be helpful (waiting area in blue bays outside) then check in to get the code to access the parking. The main issue was a lack of air con in the apartment (wrongly assumed it would be included in a newish building). Consequently the ground floor apartment was stuffy and a bit unpleasant.

Great hotel, good condition, everything worked as intended and it was comfortable. However if you stay on side of the road it’s way to noisy, very loud cars and motorcycles, not forgetting the glas container that was emptied at 7:30 am. The biggest issue is if you stay in summer, no A/C makes it very uncomfortable, the heat is way too much to handle. The staff helped us, did what they could to assist so a big compliment here, they managed to get us a better room. Still, when temperatures go up I wouldn’t make this my favorite destination, it’s beautiful though.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable...la piscine et le spa de la residence sont un vrai atout... Seul bémol, c'est une residence nommée appart hotel, et le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus, et le check out necessite de prendre rv pour l inventaire de depart...ce qui n est pas tres souple et convivial pour une residence 4 etoiles... Message à destination d hotel.com, votre descriptif concernant les services est encore erroné, le menage quotidien n est pas assuré contrairement à ce qui est noté...c est une option

Sehr schmutzig, Teppich im Gang aber auch im Zimmer. musste die Putzfrau den Staubsauger fragen und selber reinigen Ein halber Toilettenpapier zu finden im Raum, hatte eine gefragt wenn es fertig war (am Abend) wurde nein gesagt (2 kleines Kinder im Zimmer), niergendes geschrieben. Erdgeschoss neben Swimmingpool, mussten wir mehrere Male in der Nacht aufstehen da Leute im Schwimmbad am feiern, Schwierig zu schlafen mit Hitze und ohne Aircon! Nicht zu empfehlen,

Zimmer an lauter Hauptverkehrsstraße. Fenster ohne sonderlichen Schallschutz. Nachbarn auf ihren Balkonen permanent zu hören. Einflugschneise. Temperaturbedingt war schlafen mit geschlossenen Fenstern eher nicht möglich...
