The facial automatic entrance never work well The bed was missing sheets, and the ones we had were in poor condition. They never gave us the internet password. The air conditioning never worked properly. Communication with the manager via WhatsApp was always terrible.

My facial identification didn’t work the entire time. The staff tell me every time on the intercom that will work in a few minutes but never happens. I try to send message to them by WhatsApp (they told me before it was a better to communicate there) and by booking but they didn’t answer me too. Lucky me I only stayed 3 days…

The process of check-in, entering and exiting the property were extremely bothering. Having to give the passport number at all times didn't make it easy for anyone.

Good location and installments, a lot of good restaurants near.

Shower was small and bathroom had leaks.

Good place to stay if you want to go out in the city.The neighborhood was very lively (filled with restaurants and pubs) and we felt safe. In the building and the apartment everything was automated which made it very easy to access. They had a nice rooftop terrace.

The mattresses were dirty. The host was slow to respond or did not respond at all.
