Lone Pine Budget Inn

Location, room, and the bed were AWESOME. What a value! I could just walk the town and find a place to eat or just have coffee.

Not sure what could be better. All I needed was a place to take a shower and sleep. Locating food was just a walk down the street to the Alabama Hills Cafe for breakfast.

We were staying for the night before a hiking trip and were looking for a basic place to stay, we weren’t expecting much more than basic comforts. However when we arrived to the hotel around 9pm, we entered into a very hot room. We turned the AC unit on and it wasn’t helping much, we slept with no sheets or blankets. The room finally cooled down around 11:30pm. We then discovered lots of hair in our bathroom sink. Next we found the coffee straws were not replaced as they had coffee residue from a previous stay. It was somewhat quiet but for the price we paid, we are expecting more comfortable stay. Won’t be coming here again.

Great location. Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Clean.

A little dated, but good value.

Staff was excellent and accommodated our last minute changes.

Stayed one night. Convenient and quiet. Had a good night's rest. Have stayed here before.

For a small town budget froendly hotel, ir had a real home touch with the bedding and the manager out there tending to the gardens
