Smooth Check In. I loved the advance check in, you get sent a link to upload all the details of guests and passport scans, closer to the date your are sent all the necessary access codes to the property which just made the whole arrival very quick and easy. Build Quality. The entire building and inside the property has been built to a very high standard, is as the photos. Kitchen is very well equipped, had the latest smart TV with Netflix and Youtube, washer and dryer provided is a good model which dries the clothes properly, bed mattresses are good quality firm mattresses, there is a ski locker room on the ground floor. Location. The location is on the Kitanomine side which is closer to the mini town and Furano town, Furano Zone has no town with only Prince hotel on that side. The walk to the Kitanomine Gondola is around 10-15mins with ski boots on, good tip would be to leave your ski's at the ski lock everyday in the Kitanomine Gondola ticket office which is 200 yen each time, and save you the hassle of taking them up and down everyday. There are parking spaces on the property which can be booked for a fee in advance, the drive to Furano town is around 10 mins.

Everything was fantastic, the only comment would be the showers only have half glass side wall, I'm not sure why they decided to not install sliding glass doors, it would have been ok if the glass was a lot wider but it is very narrow and means water sprays to the outside very easily meaning you have to stand in the corner of the shower and try to keep the shower head spraying inwards which stops you a little from having a nice comfortable hot shower each day after a long day of skiing, not a big issue but also one that I find a little unacceptable.

The building seems newly built, and has multiple facilities within the unit itself. We are surprised that they have 3 bath room and toilet that is shared among the 3 rooms. This makes things so convenient and with privacy. The unit was very beautifully furnished, the sofa in the living room were comfortable, the kitchen table was big enough to accommodate 6pax comfortably. Even if you decided to cook, there are utensils and equipment to do light cooking. The bed were clean and comfortable. We had our best sleep in Hokkaido at this property. The staff that attended to us spoke English and were very polite. There were just nothing to complaint about for this accommodation.

- the bedroom and ensuites are smaller than I expected - lack of storage in the bedroom. there is no drawer / shelf for clothes but just a hanging rod in the wardrobe - counter top of both kitchen and bathroom are tiny. don't even have a designated place for coffee machine and electric kettle. have to place them on the induction hob. - only one bedside table. the one sleeps on the other side has to put his phone and stuff on the desk which is at the end of the bed

The location was really good. It was near restaurants. It had good parking. The neighborhood was quiet. The place offered a good view of the mountains.

The bathrooms did not have sufficient place for vanities and toiletries.

The apartment is well equipped and everything worked and is easy to use. The place was well maintained and clean. Space is cosy. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and thoughtful with little welcome snacks and cookies.

The waste mgt system is quite complicated and finding breakfast venues in the early morning within walking distance is a challenge.
