"Beautiful Location"

Great location, well laid out and good communication.

Really needed heated towel rails to be on or an airer to dry towels after showers each day as we struggled to get towels dry.

Cleanliness, privacy & well maintained.

Shower area needs a door, otherwise toilet is all wet after shower. Waste management can be friendlier. No blackout curtain.

perhaps a mat under the lounge wall heater so ski helmets and gloves etc... could sit on

"Superb"

The property is amazing. It’s clean and comfortable. Location is good and close to everything from restaurants to the ski lifts. Perfect for group or small family.

The staffs weren’t too responsive. I messaged them couple times through booking.com but never got any response. I suggest to email them for prompter response.

"Due to their rigidity, poor response and hospitality, I would not stay here again."

It was tastefully furnished and the location was fairly good.

We were a family of 6 - 4 adults & 2 children (7 months & 2.5 years old) but were forced to take a 3 bedroom unit! There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. We asked in advance for a late check out & received no reply till time to check out. Their rules seem excessively strict about leaving the property in good order yet they don’t seem to adequately check the units prior to new arrivals - plates were oily and had to be washed prior to usage.

"I'd definitely want to stay again, maybe the snow season!"

The price is worthwhile for the accommodation from personal perspective. We had a wonderful experience to feel like stay home in Furano. Kid enjoyed seeing the YouTube on the TV and the parents had an extraordinary taste of Yubari melon. An unforgettable memory for the summer.
