"Cute and quaint "

Cute and quaint, the room: atmosphere, fixtures and the decor was absolutely adorable. Minus the broken shower head holder; bed on not the most stable (wood) frame eek. Overall the room was fine. The landscaping and upkeep of the grounds could be worked on definitely; the pool seemed a bit cloudy but it could have been because of a busy weekend. Pool chairs and cabanas definitely need a good dusting. The bar staff was kind and helpful.

Been here twice before for an annual retreat that's hosted there. This place just keeps getting better! Santiago, Dawn and Ronaldo were absolutely STELLAR. They helped me settle in after a storm landed me here earlier than expected. Logistical angels, they went above and beyond to help make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They also answered all my questions about local spots for things like spots to eat, grab gifts and do laundry. The food was also so, so delicious—compliments to the chef. Will absolutely be returning next year!
