"Dirty rooms, do not stay"

Property was good location and had a pool

Room smelt really bad, bedsheets were stained and we found loads of hairs on them indicating they hadn’t been changed, there was no food and drink places open and the filter water ran out. They advertise 24h front desk and no one was there or responding to our messages.

"Amazing staff and beautiful property!!"

I loved the rooms, the pool was so much fun with great music and the staff was AMAZING. They were ready for us as soon as we got there and let us check in early and check out late. They were so accommodating and caring, i didn't have to worry about anything during my stay. I will definitely be returning here the next time I'm in Palm Springs!

This was a fun setting, great decor, very comfortable. One frustrating thing was going to the pool and finding no clean towels available and no one in the office to help. We ended up giving up on the swim, which would have been lovely as the evening was warm. Also, the TV remote was difficult to work. And we found a cockroach in the bathroom. These all were minor distractions from a lovely stay in a cute resort motel.

"AMAZING STAFF"

The hotel was so beautiful and the staff were amazing. They were so accommodating and we had a large group of people staying with us so it was really nice not having to worry about any stress with the rooms or the pool. I will definitely be booking with them again!!
