Самое главное, что постель чистая, номер также относительно чистый и достаточно просторный.

Холодильник в номере не работает, мини-бара нет, завтраки очень скудные.

Качество обслуживания (очень долго ждать обратную связь), состояние бытовой техники (холодильник есть но не работает, телевизор есть но не работает, половина лампочек не горят, бра вообще не работает и так далее), состояние санитарной техники (подвесной унитаз держался на честном слове)
