Слышно как пукает сосед, кашляет; в душе было постоянное болото, как не отводи лейку в бок, все равно вытекала вода; тройные ковры на этаже (чемодан не перевезти) и все равно не чистые; отсутствие вешалок, даже одежду, которую отдал на стирку не повесили в шкаф;

Luxurious hotel with really good prices ! Located right next to the Turan Mall and not far from bus stops so You can take the bus to the Mausoleum If You arrive by car You have plenty of free car parks in front and around

"Халатность респешн испортила впечатление ."

Из плюсов - отличное постельное белье и хамам.

Заселялась в пятницу, предупредила, что нужен будет АВР для работы. Сказали, без проблем. При выезде в воскресенье оказалось, что в выходные у них бухгалтерия не работает. Обещали отправить в понедельник экспресс-почтой в Шымкент, в гостиницу, где я остановилась дальше. Ни в понедельник, ни во вторник ничего не пришло. На звонок в среду ответили да, отправим до четверга. Сами на связь не выходили при этом до последнего. В четверг позвонила, сказали, что не успеют доставить, давайте мы отправим сразу на работу в Астану. Ок, согласилась. Сейчас открываю трекинг посылки - заказ был создан ТОЛЬКО в четверг! То есть, 3 рабочих дня до этого никто на респешне не подумал отправить срочный документ обещанной экспресс-доставкой, и зашевелись только когда я несколько раз позвонила и написала. В итоге заказ у них доставка забрала только сегодня, в пятницу. 0 ответственности и криентоориентированности у сотрудников. Еще момент - просто несуразная ванная комната. Мешает полка над маленькой раковиной, еще и шатается, умыться нормально невозможно вообще.

Качество почти соответвует цене со скидкой.

Отсутствие звукоизоляции (вечером начинает играть музыка в Bar’vin и ты наслаждаешься ей пока тусовка не будет окончена). Неторопливый персонал, часто отсутствующий на местах и настоящие проблемы с забывчивостью или распылением фокуса внимания (в связи с чем страдает обслуживание). Отдельная история: при размещении в моем номере был мужчина, встающий с дивана, который не удосужился мне ответить: кто он и что делает в номере (по видимому он чинил рукоятки светильников в гостевой зоне Delux, так как ручек на светильниках не было все время моего прибывания. Через 30 минут другой мужчина начал открывать и закрывать дверь когда я был в душе, под предлогом что сломалась система доступа (при том что я зашел и закрылся). Вода же в душевой при мытье набирается в поддоне как будто в сливе стоит пробка, та же история с раковиной. Весь стол при заселении был окроплен каплями чего то коричневого, уверен следы этого «произведения искусства до сих пор там.
