Treebo Backpackers Inn

Very neat cozy stylish hotel, minimum of items, nice design. What do I like about it? High-quality clean bathroom and plumbing, clean sheets, minimalism in the interior and a calm atmosphere with a perfect location. And hot water, and air conditioning. I really couldn't leave this place 🙂

Only one thing I didn't like: the employees talked to each other and on the phone in the evenings in the living room. So in my room, everything is very clearly audible and this noise bothered me a little bit. And it would be nice to make hooks for hanging clothes and towels in the room 🙂🙏

Room was comfortable, hot shower. Breakfast was fine - choice of Kerela fare or eggs and toast. Plenty of coffee

The two young men at the reception were rude and obviously bored as spent a lot of time on their phones or chatting out in the street. One even denied he worked there when I enquired if I could stay another night. Extremely insolent with body language, sniggering etc. I had to phone the owner! Neither spoke any English so definitely need some form of training in customer care Spoilt was is otherwise a basic but comfortable base. Kettles in the rooms would be a bonus..

1.6 million mosquitoes in the room. They were essentially impossible to get rid of.
