One of the reasons why I booked this property was that they have 24h desk, and I sent them a message twice reminding I'd be checking in around 12/1am. They never replied to that, they'd just send me messages asking to pay the 1st night in advance (which I did). When I got to the hostel there was no one working. There were 2 people sleeping on the floor in front of the reception, i tried to wake them up and ask if they work there but they wouldn't wake up. At one point one of them woke up, looked at me and then went back to sleep. I contacted the hostel costumer service number, they called the hostel and only after 10/15 min someone came outside (I believe the guys sleeping on the floor). At this point I was very upset with the situation, 1am and I'm alone in the middle of the city, I don't know if those 2 men who were on the floor were even sober, I was not comfortable and not feeling safe at all. I was lucky that my taxi driver stayed with me until I had a solution. I told the person on the phone from costumer service this was not acceptable and I would be staying in another place, and I did. Finally, they refused to refund the 1st night that I had paid in advance, unreal!

Breakfast was great and the place was in the heart of the city. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay in a great location.
