Property needs cleaning very badly. There is spider webs everywhere broken beds,doors and stingy bathrooms.

Pillows are very uncomfortable evens mattress spring hits you when you lay down broken side table evens the door lock is broken and stuck when you close the door total waste of money I’m very disappointed.

Although we'd been advised that it was self service check in, Tom on the reception desk was there to help us find our rooms and told us about all the facilities. We had a lovely en-suite room with eco friendly bathroom products. The room was clean and fresh. Bed linen and towels were good quality. The Garden Room is available to guest so we were able to make tea when we arrived. Breakfast was also served in the Garden Room and was plentiful and good quality. There was also secure bike storage with room for our 7 bikes and more.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr abseits gelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig! Der Selbst-Checkin hat hervorragend funktioniert. Das Vierbettzimmer war sehr gemütlich und groß genug. Leider gibt es abends keine Möglichkeit, etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Wir haben von unseren mitgebrachten Vorräten gelebt, konnten aber nichts kochen. Eine Kochgelegenheit wäre schön! Das Frühstück war schlicht, aber gut. Das Personal - das wir morgens antrafen - sehr nett!

Breakfast was v good and room v clean

Would have preferred tea and coffe in room, whilst this was provided in cafe, we had to get water for the kettle from the toilet, as kitchen was locked, so perhaps porvide a tap/water in the cafe. Most people staying when we stayed were going to Goodwood, an earlier breakfast time than 7.30 would have enabled us to avoid the queues to get in better, even if its just what you do for the Goodwood w/e

Poor signage. Very basic.

It is newly furnished and the self service check in was easy.

I would have preferred a kettle in our room to make our own hot drinks but they are available in the garden room so not a major inconvenience.

Lovely location, close to where we were eating. Very peaceful, nice to have a garden to sit in. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice simple breakfast served with a smile

Would have been nice to have a more welcoming room to make a hot drink . Quite a lonely, clinical feel to dining area in the afternoon.
