Great view, nice balcony, good breakfast. But the 93 steps up and down we're a bit challenging for an oldie like me

Good location, staff and cleanliness. The only issue was the shower. To get hot water, you have to “fine tune” the boiler water supply, something that can take some time and not exactly what you expect to do. Other than that, everything was good.

Best views in Alanya, eapecially in more expensive rooms.. Very quiet. Located on the mountain, so be prepared for a lot if stairways up and down. Staff is very friendly. Good restaurants above the hotel.

It was such a big disappointment for us to spend the last two days in Alanya in that place. Apart from the view there’s not much to enjoy. The food and coffee were undigestible. It was loud and hard to fall asleep because of the illumination in the garden and sounds from the local bars. When the rain started the ceilling was leaking. Instead of blankets we got two giant towels. No shower gels even by request. The manager didn’t help us at all, - even with the taxi transfer. But the worst part is that the staff is so ignorant about the place, it seemed like no one cares about it much and it’s really hard to see that such a beautiful place is just wasted because of the poor management.

Breakfast for two with 1 egg which is super poor serving from hotel side. Price for it is was double comparing with other restaurants in the front of the beach When we arrived the floor in the room was ridiculously dirty . Seems like no one cleaned it since couple of month. When we asked to clean floor they did but it was like quick brush 1 minutes no even wet mob cleaning . We were said we have a the best room .. all the time you can hear voice of staff from kitchen behind your walls, some one is shouting , someone in making noice with plates . It’s not what people look for when going to have a calm and peaceful vacation. Water in the pool is very cold you can’t enjoy it evening time. Sunbeds close to the pool were wet you can’t leave your towel there just to lying down. Everything was horrible . Not recommended place at all.

Great place to stay. Wonderful views. Lovely staff. Very nice food. Will definitely return.
