Castle Boutique Hotel Alanya

The property had an excellent location, it was near the castle and had great view. The staff was friendly, they helped me to park my car and give us wine glasses when we asked for them.

Some minor nitpicks, the hotel was located down the hill from the road and we had a lot of bags, which was little bit hard to bring them down the stairs and the bathroom was half open, there where panels to close the toilet and shower but little bit inconvenient, as you feel there is no privacy.

View was amazing, they have some kittens and they gave good care for them. (You can also buy some pet food for them in any supermarket). The owner was really friendly and he had attention to all of his guests. The beach may not be in walking distance ( at least not up, maybe down) but taxis are available for call.

We had a horrible experience. Nobody was available for help.

My opinion about staying in this beautiful hotel - If you are looking for great views of the city and a beautiful swimming pool right outside your window, you have come to the right place. Hotel service at a very high level and speaking several languages. Thank you very much for the professional Servis and the very nice and friendly service for Mr. Ugur, Azer and the kitchen Chef, and above all for the owner of the hotel, who personally welcomes all guests and makes sure that your stay in this beautiful place is at a high level. The view it’s really nice

Services and location it’s really far from the center and beach’s ,cleaning services and the breakfast time and no taxi .

The view is great; the hotel is located in the hills so you have a good view over Alanya. Be aware it is quite the climb to go to the beach or the city.

The room was dirty: stains on the bedsheets and in our toilet there was a substance stuck (we couldn't get rid of it) that gave a very foul smell. Be aware the rooms are NOT cleaned during the stay. The room is not well isolated, making it noisy and very warm. Pool towels were not provided. Breakfast was less than basic: small portions; which were kept outside on the bar (in the heat) all morning; drinks were not included in the breakfast (they tried to charge us for the water we had during breakfast).

I loved all thing which is situated in the hotel. I advise to visit the hotel. Kaya07

The service was not good, there was no availability of staff members, I asked to change a sheet, they did not change it and the staff could not be found, I asked to change a pillowcase because they were dirty and apparently they did not change them, I paid in cash and the landlord did not return part of the excess, I asked to advance breakfast from 9 am to 8 am they said no problem and they did not advance it, I arrived for breakfast at 8 am and they told me to come at 9 am. The place is nice with a sea view but far from the center, the hotel is located on a mountain, and taxis refuse to come to the area
